This will be Luke D.’s last power rankings until Chad takes over, and yes, I’ve finally conceded that the Rams are the worst team in football. A little movement at the top, and not giving Cincy the love the may deserve, and maybe loving on San Francisco and Denver a little too much. Also, Washington is terrible, which is why they’re so low. I was a little surprised to see them in the teens of other power rankings.
