How a week can change things. Last week, David Garrard completed 27-of-37 passes for 323 yards and three touchdowns in the Jaguars’ ass beating of Tennessee. Against Seattle, Garrard was yanked in the fourth quarter with the Seattle trouncing the Jags 41-0. He finished 18-of-31 for 188 yards – 10 yards a toss. He also lost a fumble, but more than made up for it with 38 yards on eight scrambles. This was an excellent fantasy matchup because the Titans’ pass defense is struggling and decimated due to injury, and Garrard capitalized with his best game of 2009. He’s on pace to throw for 20 touchdowns and 3,764 yards.
