The Bucs were on a bye week this week, so time for “Fun Fact of the Bye Week”. Well, a couple really.
The Bucs have practiced for a whopping total of 2 1/2 hours since the loss to New England on October 25th. Man, why can’t the Rams have these guys on their schedule.
Defensive End Lee Roy Selmon was the first player ever picked by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Selmon’s achievements are as follows:
6× Pro Bowl selection (1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984)
3× First-team All-Pro selection (1979, 1980, 1982)
2× Second-team All-Pro selection (1978, 1984)
