With a San Diego win and a Denver loss, the AFC West race is heating up. Denver and San Diego currently sit at a 6-3 stalemate. On the other end of the country, the NFC East is in shambles. It looks like teams are avoiding the division crown like it’s a Manson family reunion. Even so, Dallas is still sitting atop the division but is fresh off an embarrassing loss in Green Bay. That performance was accompanied by a big Philadelphia loss, which puts them in a tie for second at 5-4 with the slumping New York Giants The Philly loss came at the hand of the re-energized Chargers. The Chargers will be in a made to order matchup for all football fans when they go to Denver to battle it out for the sole lead in the division. This game should have major playoff implications. Both of these divisions should be very entertaining down the stretch, and I for one, can’t wait to see how it all shakes out.
